Situated in the heart of Dublin in Harcourt Street, Lagan Building has secured a €3 million refurbishment contract by Press-Up Ltd. The existing bank building will be transformed into a Boutique Hotel.
The building will be taken back to the shell and transformed into a Boutique Hotel consisting of 48 bedrooms, Reception, two Bars, Restaurant, Kitchen, Lounge areas, New Mechanical and Electrical installations as well as new Lifts.
Works have now commenced on site and is expected to be completed in March 2014.
