Outwood Wharf, Phase 2

Outwood Wharf Phase 2 will complete the urban block in Hulme Street, Salford and together with the successful phase 1 will provide a total of 555 purpose build-to-rent apartments and townhouse units.

Planning permission was obtained in March 2019 for 292 apartments and townhouses together with ground floor commercial and retail units.

The combined value of both Outwood Wharf phases is in excess of £100m and as part of the Oldfield Road master plan these schemes provide important regeneration on this brownfield land, whilst offering enviable proximity to Manchester’s ‘Spinningfields’ CBD of less than 5 Minutes’ walk.
