H&J Martin completed various micro works for Mapeley Ltd within the HMRC portfolio of over 160 buildings throughout the North of England, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
As main contractor we work closely with Mapeley, providing a range of services including complete design development for staff rationalisation programmes to maximise staff numbers within an office facility. Office fit-outs including building control approval, M&E design for toilet facilities, air-conditioning and lighting with all finishes. Mechanical, electrical and specialist systems works including Lifts, BEMS, Fire Alarms, Security systems to name a few.
