H&J Martin Limited is committed to the development of a sustainable and Pre-approved Supply Chain database.

In order to establish this database, we require all potential suppliers and subcontractors to complete a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ).

Once received and approved the supplier or subcontractor will be added to our Pre-Approved Supply Chain database.

All suppliers / subcontractors will be required to sign up to our commitments to Health & Safety, Fair Trading and Sustainability policies.

Continued participation on the Approved listing will be subject to on-going performance review.

H&J Martin Limited operates a Fair Payment Policy in respect of all it’s dealings with subcontractors and suppliers. We are one of the first companies in Northern Ireland to become an approved signatory of the Prompt Payment Code, which is supported by the Department for Business Innovation and Skills and the Institute of Credit Management.
