Primark - UK wide

We have recently handed over our first project for Primark – a new client for H&J Martin in 2011. The new store is a fit out of a former Woolworths in Newcastle’s Metro Centre, which celebrated its 25th anniversary with the launch of the new flagship store.

The 58,700 sq ft unit on the ground and first floors of the centre comprises the former Woolworths store, adjacent space and a new 15,000 sq ft rear extension. The fit out of was completed over 3 stories within this busy,

occupied Shopping Centre. The eye-catching new store is part of the clients "store of the future design". The 14 week design and build project was completed via our Key Account Structure to ensure that a dedicated client team will take this experience into future projects for Primark.

The project has received glowing reviews from the client’s project team and from the general public and has led to our second project with the retailer at Livingstone.
