H&J Martin was delighted to undertake our first project for this international client. Faced with a programme period of only 11 weeks we were able to strip out and refurbish 106 bedrooms over various floors without any compromise to the Hilton’s client satisfaction within this operational city Centre, 5 star hotel.


The 106 bedroom refurbishment included executive and standard rooms within this 5 star establishment, completed to agreed dates, allowing phased handovers of full floors of the hotel to minimise the disruption the refurbishment project had on the Hilton’s business requirements.

Work packages on this project included demolition, decoration, M&E and installation of new mosaic tiling in the bathrooms. Specialist works included specialist joinery packages and French polishing of existing bed frames.

Project was completed via our regulated supply chain who worked alongside Hilton direct subcontractors under the management of our specialised team.

The successful completion of this project has led to other projects throughout the UK, including a project currently on site in Glasgow.
