We provide a response maintenance and minor works service for the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust across their Southern Sector. This covers 3 main hospital sites - Musgrave Park, Knockbracken and Foster Green.

We delivered services across Building, Structural and Civil engineering disciplines through a direct labour workforce of permanently based site staff and specialist supply chain partners appointed through quality assured ‘Key Supplier Arrangements’. All staff, including those of Supply Chain Partners, are vetted through Access NI.

We provide a full 24/7 365 Helpdesk facility for the receipt and management of all client requests/instructions and through a tailored Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) / Management Information System (MIS), which provides full auditable monitoring, status reporting and KPI monitoring. Nothing gets by us with this system in place.

Our skilled team allow us to facilitate individual task orders range from £50 to £600,000 and includes a complete prime/main contractor role.
