Duncreggan Student Village

We provide the management services for an eleven block, 398 room complex providing accommodation for the University of Ulster students at Magee Campus, Derry.

Our team manages all support services in partnership with the University to ensure maximum take-up is achieved.

During the summer non-school period, we continue to manage the facility, as it is utilised by third

parties, attending events in the University and wider afield, such as the ‘Milk Cup’ international football tournament.

The range response and planned maintenance includes grounds maintenance, waste management, statutory inspections, window cleaning, central laundry facility and energy management. The end result is a bespoke service geared at the satisfaction of our client and their end users.
