Fast track fit out project
This project involved the fit out of one floor of office space work within one of Germany's busiest office accommodations. H&J Martin brought together local subcontractors to deliver work packages including M&E, Ceilings, Partitions, Glazing, Alarms, Decoration, Specialised Joinery and Data Installations.
The project had to be completed in only 8 weeks to meet the requirements of the waiting occupant.
The Challenge
Before beginning the project we had to arrange for asbestos removal from the building. As it was occupied throughout the project, all deliveries had to be completed out of hours taking advantage of our logistical management plan.
To prevent any disruption to existing tenants H&J Martin committed to a programme that meant all works were completed outside business hours.
