Not quite mission impossible

Within just 16 weeks, we were asked to complete this office building of 26,000m² gross built area above and 19,000m² below ground. The project demanded we quickly understood the complex contract processes and procedures required by the client as well as daily manage 400 people and different trades that were central to delivering on schedule. Not quite mission impossible, but certainly a challenge.

Premium Fit-Out

The work included 27,000m² of premium fit out and internal finishes throughout common areas, toilets, stairwells, lift lobbies and all finishing works to the basement levels. In addition to the Category A works, the contract also included the fit out and finishes for a 150 capacity restaurant located on the ground floor level of the building.
