Kings Theatre Refurbishment, Edinburgh

This project at the King's Theatre, Edinburgh, is in a busy city centre location. The works comprise the essential repairs and upgrading of the building fabric together with upgrading of certain existing mechanical and electrical installations and refurbishment of the Box Office, formation of First Aid

room, formation of disabled access and renewal of certain finishes. A separate contract for the replacement of the Auditorium Seating to the stalls and grand circle is to be managed by the Main Contractor who must allow for access.
