Multi Skilled Maintenance Electrician (FM-MSME)

Full time, Permanent

Reporting To: Reactive Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities include: 1. To schedule and deliver maintenance and installation works on several properties within the Fermanagh and Tyrone area 2. Assist in delivery of sub contracted works 3. Liaise and communicate with client staff and Company helpdesk

Person Specification Essential • Qualified electrician with at least five years’ experience • Previous experience in a maintenance and installation role • Knowledge of plumbing and building works • Ability to work unsupervised • Car driver with a clean driving licence • Able to use mobile technology and good with paperwork • Able to respond to calls out of normal working hours • A good communicator

Desirable • City and Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing • Previous work on Healthcare premises • CSR Card holder

Maintenance Technician (FM-MTN)

Full time, Permanent

Reporting To: FM Foreman

Responsibilities include: To deliver the day to day maintenance and minor works activities of the Division.

Functions will include: 1. Undertaking day to day maintenance and minor works tasks. 2. General maintenance activities including joinery, dry lining, door repairs, suspended ceilings, ironmongery, decorative repairs, flooring, roof repairs etc. 3. Use of power tools. 4. Support other traders persons on the same team. 5. Efficient use of materials. 6. Work as part of a team. 7. Adhere to and implement Health & Safety requirements.

Person Specification

Essential • A minimum of 5 years’ work experience in a maintenance environment • Car driver with a clean driving licence • Aware of health and safety requirements • Able to use mobile technology and good with paperwork • Able to respond to calls out of normal working hours • A good communicator • CSR card holder
