Reactive Maintenance
Our reactive maintenance services are invaluable to many kinds of public and private organisations. Calls are made via our Helpdesk, where jobs are allocated depending on priority and the skill set required. The progress of the task is recorded on our Concept management system, allowing us to update our clients via email on planned completion.
We have a well-qualified team who are trained to handle all types of work in a safe and tidy way. While the bulk of our work is in routine maintenance jobs, we can also react quickly with the appropriate resources to emergencies, such as extreme weather or an oil spill.
